How much does shipping cost?
We now offer UK Next Day delivery (when you order by 4pm) with Duties and Taxes included in the final price at a flat rate of $5 USD per order and DHL International Express Delivery at a flat rate of $10 USD per order.
Where are Naked Wolfe products shipped from?
Naked Wolfe products will either be shipped from our fulfilment facility in the UK or our Fulfilment centre in China. Each product will specify if the style will be shipped from the UK or China. If you are ordering multiple items they will be shipped from one fulfilment centre, meaning that if one item shows that it is shipping from China the other items will also be shipped from China.
Do We Ship to Russia?
We offer FedEx Express Shipping at a flat rate of $10.00 USD per order to Russia. You must provide a business/company address at checkout. All shipments to Russia will be dispatched from our Made to Order facility in China. It should be noted that you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.
Returns
Our Returns policy lasts 14 days and allows you to refund or exchange your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a a product is faulty. As our Returns Hub is based in the UK, you will be liable to pay all shipping costs, import duties, customs & taxes for returning the goods back to us. If you are exchanging a pair of shoes for a different size, colour or style, we will send the new shipment back to you with pre-paid customs duties.
Please note Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit, we do not accept refunds on sale items.
All sale items are subject to a 14 day return policy in which you have 14 days to return your shoes for an exchange or store credit. Sale items cannot be refunded. Our sizing online follows the EU footwear size. Our shoes all fit True To Size unless otherwise stated in the product description.
