How much does shipping cost?
We now offer UK Next Day delivery (when you order by 4pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays) with Duties and Taxes included in the final price at a flat rate of $5 USD per order and DHL International Express Delivery at a flat rate of $10 USD per order.
Where are Naked Wolfe products shipped from?
Naked Wolfe products will either be shipped from our fulfilment facility in the UK or our Fulfilment centre in China. Each product will specify if the style will be shipped from the UK or China.
Do We Ship to Russia?
We offer FedEx Express Shipping at a flat rate of $10.00 USD per order to Russia. You must provide a business/company address at checkout. All shipments to Russia will be dispatched from our Made to Order facility in China. It should be noted that you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.
When will my order arrive?
Orders despatched from our UK fulfilment facility to customers in the UK will be eligible for next day delivery for orders placed before 4pm GMT. All orders shipped to customers outside of the UK will be shipped via DHL International Express which may take 1-3 business days to arrive.
How will I know my tracking number?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched which will contain your tracking number and relevant information.

All orders require a signature on delivery so please make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
Which courier do you use?
All eligible UK next day delivery orders will be shipped via Parcelforce UK. All other orders will be shipped via DHL International Express
Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties?
All orders which are despatched from our UK Fulfilment Facility to a customer in the UK or EU will not be liable for additional duties and taxes, the final price will be shown at checkout.
Orders shipped from our China Fulfilment centre to the UK/EU may be may be liable for import duties, customs and taxes.
All shipments to customers outside of the UK/EU may be may be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Naked Wolfe does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
