How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes between 1-2 working days from the time of despatch, with a 1-3 day processing time in our warehouse. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched.
Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties?
If your shipping address is located in the United Kingdom, there will be no additional taxes or duties to be paid on top of your order. All prices displayed on our website include Tax and Duties.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are charged at a flat rate of £5 for next day delivery (order before 3pm) or Free 1-2 days delivery which is shipped via Royal Mail. Orders delivered with our Local Delivery service is free and will be delivered via courier.
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. If you are experiencing any issues when selecting a shipping destination please contact email@example.com and the team will be happy to assist you.
Where are Naked Wolfe products shipped from?
All Naked Wolfe products are shipped from our fulfilment facility in the United Kingdom, or from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Can I return an item I bought on sale?
All sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount, will be final sale and are non-returnable.
All sale items purchased with a 30% or lower discount, will be granted a return for either a store credit, or an exchange for an item of the same value.
During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout.
What if my order is sold out?
In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it, Naked Wolfe will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style of the same value or process a refund.
All pre-order item dates are just an estimated date of when stock should arrive and are subject to changes due to unpredicted delays with the shipments.
What hours does the Local Delivery Service operate?
The 90 Minute Local Delivery service is offered to customers within a certain distance from our head office in London. It is available from Monday- Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm BST.
If you order outside of these times your order will be sent the following working day. Local Delivery is only available on certain products and you will be notified at checkout if you qualify for this service.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. If once you receive your order and you wish to return it, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will accommodate your request.
How do I return an order?
To return your order, simply click "Return an Order" and follow the prompts. Before doing so, please see our return policy. This is the "RETURNS" button at the bottom of any page.
